About You

We can struggle to recognise our difficulties or minimise their impact. At times, they may leave us feeling stuck, limited or overwhelmed.

These challenges can show up as anxiety, stress, anger, low mood, depression or grief, affecting our wellbeing, relationships, work and our sense of self.

Whatever you are facing, support is available. There is no hierarchy of struggle—every experience matters, and each person's journey is unique. Some of the things I work with include:

Emotional and Psychological Issues

Anxiety, anger, childhood and family issues, confidence, depression, fear, grief and loss, low mood, self-awareness, self-esteem, shame, stress, trauma, and understanding emotions.

Existential Issues

Ageing, change and life transitions, meaning and purpose, life choices, mortality and death, spirituality, and faith.

Relationship Issues

Attachment, bereavement, divorce, infidelity, love, marriage, patterns of relating, pregnancy and parenting, sex, and sexuality.

Work and Vocation Issues

Career development and fulfilment, employment and self-employment challenges, workplace stress, redundancy, bullying, harassment and discrimination, wellbeing at work, and personal development.
